Patient Portals

Do patients want online access?

I offer it.

Very few take me up on it.

I'd prefer it.

The patients seem to prefer the phone.

Online is efficient and inexpensive for me.

Perhaps the phone is efficient and inexpensive for them.

I guess people call when they have time, ie from their cell phones while driving.
